During checkout, you can choose to allow substitutions for similar items or receive a refund. If you opt for substitutions, our team will pick the closest match in terms of brand and size.
Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
Yes, to provide efficient service across the city, we require a minimum order of $35. Delivery fees may vary based on your order total and delivery window.
What is your return policy for grocery items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fresh food. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or credit.
Can I order heavy items like 20lb bags of rice?
Absolutely! We deliver heavy and bulk items including large bags of rice, multi-packs of ramen, and gallon-sized condiments directly to your apartment door.
